We had a dream to move into a new home by the end of March 2008. In October 2007 we stumbled upon a beautiful home and wanted to make our dreams realized sooner than later. Southwest Funding secured funding for not only our new home, but also for our existing home until we could sell it. We called James to tell him we were putting our previous home on the market. He informed us he had a client that came in to pre-qualify for a home loan that might be interested in the property. Less than one hour of posting For Sale sign in our front yard, Southwest Funding sent us the client whom eventually bought the property, closing the deal promptly. About a year later we received a call from James informing us of the dwindling interest rates and suggested we might take advantage through refinancing at a much lower rate than the original note. We refinanced at 5% with no out-of-pocket expenses, saving thousands of dollars in the long run, with our monthly mortgage payment less than that of the original note. We were (and are) truly blessed to have found James and Southwest Funding. He got us into our new home, sent us the buyer for the previous property, and re-financed our new home, all in the span of one year. Southwest Funding has exceeded our wildest expectations and we highly recommend them for your mortgage needs, whatever they may be.
